Customer Service and Delivery Policy

The Profant Foundation for the Arts regards every person who contacts them, for any reason whatsoever, to be a valued customer.

We are committed to providing high quality service. All donations made through this website will be processed within one business day, and a receipt will be sent to the email address entered.

Should any issue or concern arise, we will respond to it in a timely fashion. Answers to any inquiry or complaint will be clear and concise, directly addressing the situation.

 

Privacy and Security

The Profant Foundation is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not give, sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding visitors to any third party. By using our web site, you agree to the Privacy Policy of the Profant Foundation for the Arts. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use this web site.

The Profant Foundation reviews its Privacy Policy periodically and reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. This Privacy Policy applies to all web sites produced and maintained by the Profant Foundation.

Collection and Use

The Profant Foundation recognizes the privacy concerns of users of our web site and the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information collected from them. As a general policy, no personally identifiable information, such as a visitor’s name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, or credit card information is automatically collected on our web site. Such information is collected only when knowingly and voluntarily submitted, and the Profant Foundation uses such information only for the purpose for which it was submitted, unless we disclose other uses in this policy or at the time of collection.

We maintain reasonable and appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of such information in our possession. The Profant Foundation does not sell, trade or rent personally identifiable information to third parties. We reserve the right to monitor traffic patterns and web site usage.

Refund Policy

This non-profit organization has a NO Refund or Return Policy for donations or contributions and the sale shall be considered final when made.  For monthly pledge support and sponsorships, payments are made month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice to the Profant Foundation.  Instructions are listed below.  For ticket purchases to fundraisers and other Profant Foundation events, refunds are offered for cancellations made at least seven (7) days prior to the event date, less a 10% transaction fee.  For products purchased, refunds will be offered within 30 days of purchase for items that are defective or damaged in shipping.  If damaged by shipping, a claim must be made to the shipping company with investigative findings sent to the Profant Foundation.  If the item is defective or if order was fulfilled incorrectly, either refund or exchange of like item may be chosen.  Defective or incorrect items must be shipped back to the Profant Foundation at shipper’s expense.  For items returned for any reason other than product defect, damage, or error on the part of shipper, a 10% transaction fee will be charged.
